I have to say I love my job. Just looked up where we are going to be filming the next few days. Pele Castle in the Carpathian mountains. Looking very much the elegant retreat for both royalty and vampires.
And I get a nice layover in one of my favorite cities, Amsterdam.

Hot and Steamy

It is hot and it is steamy in NYC. The sun beating down through the blanket of ozone haze. I thought leaving for Romania tonight would give some relief..... but it seems Bucharest was 113 degrees two days ago and will be in the 80's the rest of the week. As my boss says, we'll be working in bathing suits.
